Registration Restrictions
Newcomer - Started dancing no earlier than January 2026.
Bronze - Started dancing no earlier than August 2024.
Double registration is permitted within two levels across all events. For example: if you are competing in Silver and Gold Rhythm, you may compete in Silver and/or Gold Standard, but not Bronze (regardless of role).
Adult and non-collegiate competitors are welcome. No competitors under the age of 18 will be allowed.
We are not planning on offering any Open divisions, but if you would like to still participate in the event, please reach out to us by email and we can see if there are alternative ways you could participate, such as through a performance.

Regular (Through November 14, 2026)
Student: $25.00
Adult: $30.00
Newcomer: $20.00

Late (Through November 20, 2026)
Student: $30.00
Adult: $35.00
Newcomer: $25.00
Nightclub: $25.00
"Nightclub" pricing is intended for dancers who are registered ONLY for one more of the following events: Nightclub Two Step, Salsa/Bachata, West Coast Swing, and Hustle.
If you are registered for any of these events alongside ANY OTHER Standard, Smooth, Latin, or Rhythm events, you will be priced as either "Student" or "Adult" (depending on college enrollment).
Payment
Checks will be accepted the day of the competition. Please make your checks out to "Ballroom Dance Club at William & Mary". For collegiate clubs, please ensure your payment covers everyone in your group.
If you would like to pre-pay, you can do so by Venmoing our Treasurer @amandapyron. If competing individually, please list your name in the caption. For collegiate clubs, please ensure your payment covers everyone in your group, and please list the university you are representing (and the names of all your competitors) in the caption.
